Cygnus 6 – Elk Studios
Cygnus 6 is the latest instalment in Elk’s long-running Cygnus series — and yes, they’ve genuinely dragged this thing through Cygnus, Cygnus 2, 3, 4, 5, and now 6. Luckily, this one actually slaps. I play it myself, and it’s got that classic Elk avalanche chaos that keeps you chasing one more spin even when you know you shouldn’t.
Gameplay
Cygnus 6 sticks to the familiar expanding ways setup, starting small and blowing up into stupidly big grids when the tumbles behave. The gravity mechanic is still here, still mental, and still capable of turning a dead spin into a full screen of multipliers if the stars align. It’s fast, volatile, and proper Elk — you know exactly what you’re getting into.
Features
You’ve got your avalanches, your expanding ways, your multipliers that can go wild, and the bonus that can either be a complete insult or a full-on screen nuke. Classic Elk behaviour. When it pops, it really pops — but you need patience (and sometimes stupidity) to get there.

Like I say, this is one that I play, definitely worth a spin.
