Cygnus 6 – Elk Studios
Cygnus 6 is the latest instalment in Elk’s long-running Cygnus series — and yes, they’ve genuinely dragged this thing through Cygnus, Cygnus 2, 3, 4, 5, and now 6. Luckily, this one actually slaps. I play it myself, and it’s got that classic Elk avalanche chaos that keeps you chasing one more spin even when you know you shouldn’t.

Mick’s Take:
Hit the Cygnus Realm feature for 32x and then smashed in an 81x bonus in the first 100 spins, so I was off to a flyer straight away. Hit the bonus two more times for 31x and 27x, plus loads of smaller wins keeping the balance lively. Yeah, I like this one — proper ELK chaos but with actual payout potential instead of just noise. Fun, pacey, and doesn’t feel like it’s trying to rob you blind.

Gameplay
Cygnus 6 sticks to the familiar expanding ways setup, starting small and blowing up into stupidly big grids when the tumbles behave. The gravity mechanic is still here, still mental, and still capable of turning a dead spin into a full screen of multipliers if the stars align. The Cygnus Realm feature is the real star of the show — when you trigger it, the whole grid can erupt and chuck out chunky wins that feel miles bigger than the base game. It’s fast, volatile, and proper ELK — busy, loud, and always threatening to go off.
Features
You’ve got your avalanches, your expanding ways, your multipliers that can go wild, the Cygnus Realm feature that can explode the grid and chuck big wins at you, and the bonus that can either be a complete insult or a full-on screen nuke. Classic ELK behaviour — loads happening, loads flashing, and when it decides to wake up, it can go absolutely ballistic.
