Jaws of Justice Slot Review
SlotTribe 250 Spin Test – Date: 22 October 2026 – Result: -61.40 – Bonuses: 2 – Biggest Win: 73x
Overview
Jaws of Justice is Hacksaw’s December 2025 sci-fi shark slot built around Laser Sharks, bouncing Force Fields, and three bonus rounds that escalate the chaos by firing lasers in multiple directions. It’s a 5×4 grid slot with a focus on symbol transformation, wild creation, and multiplier stacking when lasers hit existing wilds or bounce off the edges of the grid.
The base game revolves around Laser Sharks firing beams across the grid, turning paying symbols into wilds and occasionally adding multipliers. When lasers bounce off Force Fields, they change direction and continue transforming symbols, creating unpredictable paths and potential for big clusters. The bonuses increase the frequency and behaviour of Laser Sharks, making the grid far more volatile.
Our session saw a lively first 100 spins, a solid bonus, and then a long flat stretch where the slot lost all momentum.

Mick’s Take
1st hundred went well, had base wins of 14x and 16x and hit the bonus free spins on spin 77 for a very nice 73x win. After that it pretty much flatlined until the bonus free spins hit again on spin 159 for a 31x. Again after the bonus it went dead.

Gameplay & Features
Laser Sharks
Laser Sharks fire a laser in one of three directions:
straight up
diagonally left
diagonally right
The laser transforms any paying symbol in its path into a wild. At the end of the spin, the Laser Shark itself also becomes a wild. This creates a lot of movement on the grid and can lead to decent clusters when multiple lasers fire in the same spin.
Force Fields
Three Force Fields sit on the left, top, and right edges of the grid. When a laser hits a Force Field, it bounces off and continues in another direction, transforming more symbols. If a laser hits an existing wild or another Laser Shark, it adds a multiplier to that wild symbol.
This is where the slot’s real potential sits — bouncing lasers can create long paths and multiple multiplier boosts.
Bonus Games
Jaws of Justice has three bonus rounds, each increasing the chaos.
Killer Cosmos
Triggered by landing 3 FS scatters.
Awards 10 free spins.
Increased chance of landing Laser Sharks.
This is the entry-level bonus and can produce decent wins if multiple lasers fire early.
Chompocalypse
Triggered by landing 4 FS scatters.
Awards 10 free spins.
Laser Sharks fire in two directions.
This bonus is far more volatile, with lasers covering more of the grid and creating more wilds.
Nuclear Nebula

Awards 10 free spins.
At least one Laser Shark lands on every spin.
This is the Hidden Epic Bonus and carries the highest potential. With guaranteed lasers every spin, the grid can fill with wilds and multipliers quickly.
Volatility & Behaviour
Jaws of Justice behaves like a medium-high volatility slot:
streaky base game
bonuses can be lively
lasers create unpredictable wins
multipliers can spike
dead patches are common
Our session showed both sides — a strong early bonus, then long stretches of nothing.
Graphics & Sound
Sci-fi shark theme with neon lasers, glowing edges, and Hacksaw’s usual crisp animations. The laser firing and bouncing effects look great, and the sound design fits the futuristic underwater vibe.

SlotTribe Verdict
Jaws of Justice started well in our 250-spin test, delivering a solid 73x bonus early and another 31x later on. But between and after those bonuses, the slot flatlined hard. It’s a game that can feel lively when lasers bounce around the grid, but when they don’t show up, the slot goes completely dead.
