Sweet Bonanza POP Slot Review
SlotTribe 250 Spin Test – Date: 21 October 2026 – Result: -37.90 – Bonuses: 2 – Biggest Win: 51x
Overview
Sweet Bonanza POP is Pragmatic Play’s October 2026 sugary remix of the classic Sweet Bonanza formula, rebuilt as a fast-paced POP slot on a 5×3 grid. Wins are awarded for matching 5–9+ symbols anywhere on the grid, paying up to 50x, and POP tumbles keep the reels constantly shifting. The slot mixes scatter triggers with POP symbols, candy bomb multipliers up to 1,000x, and instant jackpot prizes that can reach a massive 25,000x.
Landing any combination of 3+ lollipop scatters or POP symbols triggers the bonus game with 10 free spins. If at least one POP symbol is part of the triggering combination, an instant jackpot is awarded worth 50x, 500x or 25,000x depending on how many POP symbols hit. Inside the feature, multipliers up to 1,000x stay on the grid during tumbles and apply their combined value to the total win at the end of the sequence.
With an RTP of 97.05% and a max win of 25,000x, Sweet Bonanza POP is built for explosive multiplier spikes and jackpot moments. Our test session showed both sides — a weak bonus and a decent one — but no jackpot triggers.

Mick’s Take
Ah, another nasty little POP slot, but it didn’t play too bad at all. A couple of little base-game tumbles of 15x and 18x kept things ticking over. Hit the bonus free spins twice — first one on spin 170 wasn’t great, a 17x, but the next one was better on spin 231 for a decent 51x. No jackpot triggers, but at least it didn’t completely rinse me like most POP slots do.

Gameplay & Features
5×3 Grid With POP Tumbles
Sweet Bonanza POP uses a 5-row, 3-column grid where wins form by landing 5–9+ matching symbols anywhere on the screen. As a POP slot, winning symbols explode and new ones drop in, allowing multiple wins per spin. The compact layout keeps tumbles fast and frequent.
Scatter and POP Trigger
The bonus triggers when any combination of 3+ lollipop scatters or POP symbols lands on the grid. This awards 10 free spins.
Instant Jackpot From POP Symbols
If at least one POP symbol is part of the triggering combination, an instant jackpot is awarded:
1 POP symbol → 50x Spark Jackpot
2 POP symbols → 500x Snap Jackpot
3 POP symbols → 25,000x Burst Jackpot
Candy Bomb Multipliers Up to 1,000x
During the bonus, multipliers up to 1,000x can land. They stay on the grid during tumbles and their combined total applies to the win at the end of the tumble sequence.
Retriggers
Landing 3 scatters awards 5 extra spins.
Landing 4 scatters awards 10 extra spins.
Base Game Behaviour
The base game is typical POP chaos — quick tumbles, small wins, and occasional mid-tier hits like the 15x and 18x we saw. Without multipliers or jackpots, the base game is steady but not explosive.
Volatility and Behaviour
Sweet Bonanza POP is a high-volatility slot with frequent small tumbles, occasional mid-tier wins, bonus swings from dead to decent, huge multiplier potential, and instant jackpots that can completely flip a session. Our test showed the normal side — no jackpots, two bonuses, one weak and one decent.
Graphics and Sound
Bright candy colours, glossy symbols, and the classic Sweet Bonanza aesthetic. POP explosions look clean, multipliers are clear, and the soundtrack is upbeat and sugary.

SlotTribe Verdict
Sweet Bonanza POP is a volatile, multiplier-heavy POP slot with instant jackpots and fast gameplay. The base game offers steady tumbles, but the bonus is where the real action is — multipliers up to 1,000x and jackpot triggers can turn a spin into a monster win. Our session didn’t hit any jackpots, but the 51x bonus showed the slot’s potential. If you like Sweet Bonanza and don’t mind POP volatility, this sugary remix is worth a spin.kpots, but the 51x bonus showed the slot’s potential.
